17 But let every man abide in the same life which God hath ordained for him. This means that he must live in the condition in which God called him. This is the law I have made in all the churches.

Paul in Macedonia, Greece, and Troas
1 And when the noise was ended, Paul called unto him his disciples. He encouraged them and said goodbye to them and then left for Macedonia.

Marriage – Instructions on marriage
1 Now I will speak of the things that were written to me. It would be good for someone not to get married.

14 A husband who is not a believer is sanctified by his wife. And a wife who is not a believer is sanctified by her husband. If this were not true, then your children would be unclean. But now your children are clean.

15 But if a man or woman who is not a believer decides to separate, let him or her go. If this happens, then one brother or sister is free in Christ. God called us to live in peace.
