18 And as he spake these things unto them, behold, one of the rulers of the synagogue came and worshiped him, saying, My daughter is dead.  But come and touch her with your hand, and she will live. ”

19 Then Jesus got up and followed him with his disciples.

20 And, behold, a woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment:

21 For she said, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.
Matthew 9:21

22 And he turned, and saw her, and said, Be of good cheer;  Your faith has healed you. ”  The woman was healed at once.

23 Then Jesus went to the leader of the synagogue’s house.  And Jesus saw some people making music for the funeral, and there they saw the girl dead and weeping.

24 And he said, Go away: for the maid is not dead, but sleepeth. And they laughed him to scorn.

25 When the people were thrown out of the house, he went into the room where the girl was.  She grabbed his hand, and she stood up.

26 And the fame hereof went abroad into all that land.
