The gift of sight to the blind from birth

1 And as he passed by, he saw a man which was blind. This man was born blind.
John 9: 1

2 And his disciples say unto him, Master, this man is blind from his birth: but whose sins is this that blind him? Because of his own sins or the sins of his parents? ”
John 9: 2

3 Jesus said, “This is not the result of his sins or the sins of his parents. But he was born blind to show God’s power to people.
John 9: 3

4 We must do the work of the God who sent me in the day. Because then it will be night, and no one can work at night.
John 9: 4

5 As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world. ”
John 9: 5

6 After saying this, Jesus spat on the ground and made a little mud with it and applied the mud to the blind man’s eye.
John 9: 6

7 Jesus said to the man, “Go and wash your eyes in the pool of Siloam.” Siloam means “sent.” So he went to the pool, washed his eyes, and returned. Now he could see everything.
John 9: 7

8 People who saw him begging. And his neighbors said, “Look, this is not the same person who used to sit and beg.”
John 9: 8

9 Some said, “Yes, it is.” But others said, “No, this is not the man, it looks like him.” But the man said, “I am the same man.
John 9: 9

10 The people asked, “How did this happen? How did you get your sight? ”
John 9:10

11 The man answered, “A man named Jesus made some mud and put it on my eyes. He told me to go to the pool of Solomon to wash. When I went to the pool of Solomon and washed my eyes, I was able to see. ”
John 9:11

12 Then said they unto him, Where is he? And he said, I know not.
John 9:12

God’s anointed King

1 Why are the people of the nations so angry? Why are they making plans that are in vain?
Psalm 2: 1

2 Their kings and their leaders have joined forces to fight against the Lord and against the King he has chosen.

3 They said, “Let us rebel against Yahweh, and against the king whom he has chosen. Come, let us break free from these bonds which have bound us, and let us be free from them.”

4 But my lord the king of heaven laughs at them.
Psalm 2: 4

5 God is angry and says to those people, “I was the one who chose that man to be king. And he will rule over Mount Zion. Zion is my holy mountain.” And with that, those leaders are getting scared.
Psalm 2: 5

6 But I have seated my king in my city of Jerusalem, the holy mountain of Zion.

7 Now I will tell you about God’s agreement. God told me. “From today I am your father. And you are my son.
Psalm 2: 7

8 Whatever you ask of me, I will give it to you of all nations. The people of the whole earth will be yours.
Psalm 2: 8

9 He will be able to destroy those nations, as an iron rod is able to shatter the clay pots. “
Psalm 2: 9

10 Therefore, my lords, be wise. All of you leaders, learn this lesson.

11 Worship Jehovah with reverence.
Psalm 2:11

12 Show that you are all faithful to the Son of God. If you don’t, he will get angry and kill you. Blessed are those who believe in God. But others need to be careful. Jehovah is ready to show his anger.

God will deliver Jerusalem

1 Awake! Awake, Zion! Put on your clothes! Hold on to your strength! Holy Jerusalem, get up! Then you will not have people who have not obeyed God’s guidance. Those people are not pure and clean.
Isaiah 52: 1

Shake off the dust! Put on your amazing costume! Jerusalem, daughter of Zion, you were a prisoner, but now free yourself from the chains around your neck!

3 This is what the Lord says: “You were not sold for money. So I will not use money to set you free.

4 Thus saith the Lord GOD; My people are the first to go into Egypt, and then they have become slaves.

5 Now look what has happened! Another nation has enslaved my people. That country did not have to pay to enslave my people. This nation rules over my people and laughs at them. They always say bad things about me. “

6 This is what the Lord says: “This has happened so that my people can know about me. My people will know what I am. My people will know my name, and they will know that I am the one who is talking to them. . “

7 How wonderful it is to see a messenger come down from the mountain and bring good news! It brings joy to hear the proclamation from the messenger, “Zion, there is peace! We are saved! Your God is King!”

8 The city guards start shouting. They are celebrating together! Because every one of them sees Jehovah returning to Zion.

9 Jerusalem, your destroyed buildings will be filled with joy again. You will all rejoice together, for the Lord will be gracious to Jerusalem. Jehovah will save his people.

10 Jehovah will show his holy spirit to all the nations. All nations will see how God saves his people.

11 You, the people, should go to Obo and get rid of your slavery! Priests, you have taken the things that are used for worship. So purify yourself. Do not touch anything that is unclean.
Isaiah 52:11

12 You will give up your submission. But they will not force him to leave in a hurry. You will not be forced to flee. You will go away, and the Lord will go with you. The Lord will be before you, and the God of Israel will be behind you.
