
1 The heavens speak of the glory of God. The heavens represent the good things that God’s hands have made.

2 Each day tells more stories about him. And each night reveals more of God’s power.

3 You can’t really hear a speech or a word. They do not make a sound that we can hear.

4 But their “voice” goes all over the world. Their “words” go to the ends of the earth.

5 The sky is like a house for the sun. The sun rises just as the bridegroom comes out of his bedroom. The sun begins its course in the sky like an athlete eager to run his race.

6 The sun begins at one end of the sky, and one essence runs to the other end. No one can save himself from its heat. Jehovah’s teachings are like this. It makes people wise who are fools.
