28 Peter said, “Look, we have left everything and followed you.” Luke 18:28
29 Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a man leave his house, and his wife, and his brethren, and his parents, and his children, Luke 18:29
30 He will get far more than his stick. He will receive more than what he has left in his life, and when he dies, his abode will always be with God. ” Luke 18:30

20 The young man said, “I have believed all these things, but what is wrong with me now?” Matthew 19:20
21 Jesus answered, “If you want to be perfect, go and sell everything you have and distribute the money among the poor. In this way you will find treasure in heaven. Then come and follow me. ” Matthew 19:21
22 But when the young man heard this, he went away sad, for he was very rich. Matthew 19:22
23 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 19:23
24 For I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God. Matthew 19:24
25 And when the disciples heard it, they marveled, saying, Who then can be saved? Matthew 19:25
26 And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible. But all things are possible to God. ” Matthew 19:26
27 Peter said to Jesus, “We have given up everything to follow you. What will we get then? Matthew 19:27
28 And he said unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, When the new world shall be established, and the Son of man shall sit upon his glorious throne, then shall ye sit on twelve thrones, and judge the twelve tribes of Israel. Matthew 19:28
29 And every one that hath forsaken his house, or his brethren, or his brethren, or his parents, or his father, or his children, or his land, for my name’s sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit the life of the world. Matthew 19:29
30 But many of the people who have a higher status in life now will have a very low place in the future. Many people who have the lowest rank now will get the highest rank in the future. Matthew 19:30
24 Then the apostles disputed among themselves, saying, Which of them is the greatest? Luke 22:24
25 But Jesus said to them, “The kings of the earth have dominion over their people, as the Lord does. Those who have authority over others call themselves helpers of the people. ‘ Luke 22:25
26 But you must not be like that. Instead, the great man among you should become like the youngest. Leaders should be like servants. Luke 22:26
27 Who do you think is more important: the person sitting at the dinner table or the person who is serving him? You think the one sitting at the table is great. I am like a servant among you. ‘ Luke 22:27
28 “You are the ones who stayed with me during my trials. Luke 22:28
29 Just as my Father gave me a kingdom, so I will give you a kingdom. Luke 22:29
30 “That you may sit at my table in my kingdom. And you will sit on the throne and judge the twelve tribes of Israel. Luke 22:30
