The same destination for all

1 I thought about all these things very carefully. I saw the righteous and the wise, and whatever they do. God controlled. People do not know whether they will find love or hate. They do not know what is in front of them.

The temple of the living God

14 You are not like those who do not have faith. So do not associate with them. Good and evil cannot be together, the company of light and darkness cannot be together.

The word became incarnate

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2 He was with God in the beginning.

3 Everything was created through him; Nothing was created without him.

4 In him was life, and the life was the light of men.

5 The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness does not accept it.

6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.

7 John came to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.

8 John himself was not that light, but was sent to bear witness of the Light.

9 The real light was coming into the world. It was the real light that illuminated all human beings.

10 The Word was already in the world, through him the world was made, but the world did not recognize him.

11 He came to his people, but his own people did not receive him.

12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

13 They were born of God, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of men.

14 The Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory of the only begotten Son of the Father, full of grace and truth.

15 John testified about him and said, “This is what I was talking about. I told you that the one who will come after me is greater than I am. He was before me. ”

16 The law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

18 No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared us God.
