16 I am honest and honor. This is the power God uses to save them, who believe in them to save the Jews and non-Jews. Romans 1:16
17 The gospel shows how God justifies people. God makes his people righteous by faith. As the Scriptures say. “The human being who is righteous will always live forever.” Romans 1:17
11 The next day Jesus went to a town called Nine. A large crowd of his disciples and people were traveling with him. Luke 7:11
12 And when he was come to the gate of the city, behold, there was a dead man there. A widow had an only son who died. Many people were walking with him when his son’s funeral was being held. Luke 7:12
13 When the Lord Jesus saw her, he was very sad, and he said to her, “Don’t cry.” Luke 7:13
14 He went forward and touched the ark, and those who had carried it stopped. Jesus said to the dead son, “Young man! Luke 7:14
15 I tell you, get up! ” The widow’s son got up and began to talk. Jesus gave her to his mother. Luke 7:15
16 And they were all filled with fear, and glorified God, saying, A great prophet hath come unto us. And they said, “God himself has come to help his people.” Luke 7:16
17 And the fame hereof went abroad into all Judaea, and throughout all the region round about. Luke 7:17
12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. John 15:12
13 To die for a friend is the greatest love a person can show. John 15:13
14 You are my friends if you do what I command you. John 15:14
15 I no longer call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing. But now I will call you my friend. Because I have told you everything I heard from my Father. John 15:15
16 “You did not choose me, but I chose you. I sent you so that you may go and bear fruit. I want your fruit to be in your life forever. That the Father may give you whatever you ask in my name. John 15:16
17 Love one another. This is my command to you. John 15:17
