It is good to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O Most High. On the tune of Bihag.
It is good to sing about your love in the morning and about your faithfulness at night.
It is good for you, O God, to play music on ten-stringed instruments, on fiddle, and on harp.
O LORD, thou hast made me glad with thy works: I will cry aloud for the work of thine hand.
How great are thy works, O LORD! Your thoughts are very deep!
The foolish man knoweth not, neither the foolish man understandeth it.
For when the wicked sprout forth like grass, and all the wicked flourish, it is because they shall perish for ever.
But you, O Lord, are great forever and ever.
Behold, thine enemy, O LORD, behold, thine enemies shall perish, and all the wicked shall be scattered.
But thou hast lifted up my horn like the horns of a wild ox: I am anointed with pure oil.
My eye hath looked upon my enemies, and my ear hath heard the voice of my adversaries.
The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, and will grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
Those who are planted in the house of the Lord will wave in the courts of God.
They shall bear fruit in old age, they shall be green and full of juice,
that they may declare that the LORD is true, he is my rock, and there is no ungodly man in him.
