4 I have told you all these things now, so that when the time comes for these things to be fulfilled, you may remember that I warned you about these things. “These things I did not tell you from the beginning because I was with you .

5 But now I am going to him who sent me, but none of you asks you where you are going.

6 Your hearts are filled with sorrow because I have told you such things.
John 16:6

7 But I tell you the truth, it is good for you that I go away, for when I am gone I will send you helpers. But if I do not go, the helper will not come to you.
John 16:7

8 “When the helper comes, he will prove the people of this world wrong about sin, righteousness, and judgment.
John 16:8

9 Because they do not believe in me. He will prove people wrong about sin.
John 16:9

10 He will prove them wrong about righteousness, because I am going back to my Father. Then you won’t see me anymore.
John 16:10

11 The Helper will prove the people of this world wrong about judgment, because the ruler of this world (Satan) has already been judged.
John 16:11

12 “I have much more to tell you, but it is difficult for you to accept them at present.
John 16:12

13 But when the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. The spirit will not speak its words. He will tell you what he hears and he will tell you what will happen.
John 16:13

14 The spirit of truth will bring me glory. how He will take things from me and publish them to you.
John 16:14

15 All things that belong to the Father are mine. This is why I have told you that the Spirit will take things from me and reveal them to you.

Spiritual treasure in clay pots

1 God gave us this work by His grace. So we will not lose heart.
2 Corinthians 4: 1

2 But we have passed through secret and shameful ways, we do not use cunning, nor do we change the word of God. No We clearly preach the truth. In this way, we show people who we are. That they may know in their hearts what kind of man we are in the sight of God.

7 We have this treasure from God. But we are just like those clay pots in which the treasure is stored. It is clear that this great power is not from us but from God.

8 We are surrounded by difficulties, but we are not defeated. Most of the time we don’t know what to do but we don’t give up.

9 We are persecuted, but God does not forsake us. Sometimes we are thrown down but we are never destroyed.

10 The mother of Jesus is in our body, and wherever we go, we always carry this death with us, so that the life of Jesus may be shown in our bodies.

11 We live, but for Jesus we all live in danger of death. This happens to us so that Jesus’ life can be seen in our dying bodies.

12 That is why death is working in us, but life is working in you.

13 It is written in the Scriptures; “Because I believed, I spoke.” Our faith is similar. We believe and that is why we speak.

14 God raised the Lord Jesus from the dead. And we know that God will raise us up along with Jesus. God will bring us with you. We will stand before him.

15 All these things are for you. That is why God’s grace has been given to as many people as possible. So much thanks be to God for his glory.

Donations to Christians living in Jerusalem

1 In fact, there is no need for me to write to you about this help of God’s people.

5 So I thought I should send these brothers to you before we come to you. They will be able to make the gift you promised. It will be your gift. Then when we come, the gift you wanted to give will be the festival. Then this gift will be a voluntary gift and not an involuntary one.

6 Remember this; He who sows little receives little. But he that soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.

7 Every man should give whatever he has determined in his heart. No one should give with sadness. God loves the one who gives generously.

8 And God will bless you more than you need. When you always have an abundance of everything. You will have enough to give for every good deed.

9 It is written, “He gives generously to the poor, and his mercy endures forever.”

10 It is God who gives seed to the sower. And gives bread for food. And God will give you the spiritual seed and the one who will grow it. He will reap a great harvest from your goodness.
2 Corinthians 9:10

11 God will make you rich in every way so that you can always give generously. And your gift through us will make people thank God.
2 Corinthians 9:11

12 The contribution you make to this service contributes to the needs of God’s people. But your service is not enough. It brings more thanks to God.
2 Corinthians 9:12

13 The contribution you make is a testament to your faith. People will praise God for this. They will praise God because you follow the gospel of Christ, the gospel you believe in. People will praise God because you share with them and with all people.
2 Corinthians 9:13

14 And when they pray, they imagine that they are with you. They will do this because God’s undeserved kindness is with you.

15 Thanks be to God for this wonderful gift.
