5 We have heard the true teaching from God. Now we tell you this; God is light. There is no darkness in God.
1 John 1: 5
6 Therefore if we say that we have fellowship with God, and keep on living in darkness, we are liars and do not tell the truth.
1 John 1: 6
7 God is light. We too must live in the light. If we live in the light, we keep company with each other, if we live in the light. Jesus’ blood cleanses us from all sin.
1 John 1: 7
8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
1 John 1: 8
9 But if we confess our sins, God will forgive us. We can trust God. He does what is right. He will forgive all the wrong things we have done.

False teachings and true wealth
3 Some people teach lies. They do not agree with the teaching of our Lord Jesus Christ. And they will not agree with the teaching that agrees with the true service of God.
1 Timothy 6: 3
4 He who preaches falsehood is full of pride, and knows nothing. Such a person has a bad desire to argue and fight over words that lead to jealousy, differences, insulting words, and vicious suspicions.
1 Timothy 6: 4
5 And this displeases the argument of those whose minds are full of evil. Those people have lost the truth. They think that serving God is the key to becoming rich.
1 Timothy 6: 5
6 Yes, it is true that serving God makes the one who serves richer if he is satisfied with what he has.
1 Timothy 6: 6
7 When we came into this world, we brought nothing. When we die, we will not take anything with us.
1 Timothy 6: 7
8 So if we have food to eat, we will be satisfied with it.
1 Timothy 6: 8
9 People who want to be rich are tempted. They get caught and start taking useless things and harmful things. Those things destroy and ruin people.
1 Timothy 6: 9
10 Love of money is the cause of all evil. Some people have given up true faith in the cycle of making maximum money. But they hurt themselves with a lot of painful experiences.
1 Timothy 6:10
You are my son, I gave birth to you today.

1 Every high priest who is taken from among men is appointed for the works of God, to offer sacrifices and sacrifices for sins.
2 And he can be gentle to the ignorant and to the forgetful, because he himself is surrounded by weaknesses.
3 And for this reason he must offer sacrifices for his sins, just as he did for the people.
4 And no man can receive this honor of himself, except he be called of God, as Aaron was.
5 In the same way, Christ did not glorify himself, but became the high priest, but he who said to him, ‘You are my Son, I have begotten you today.’
6 As he saith also in another place, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.
7 And in those days, when he was yet in the flesh, he cried unto him with many tears, and besought him that he might save him from death;
8 And though he was a son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered;
9 And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;
10 He was called by God to be a high priest according to the order of Melchizedek.
