Being lowered and raised

5 God did not choose angels to rule over the new world to come. This world of the future is the world we have been talking about.
Hebrews 2: 5

6 It is written in one place, “Why do you care for man, O God? Why do you care for the Son of Man? Is he so important?
Hebrews 2: 6

7 For a short time thou hast made him lower than the angels. Thou hast given him glory and honor.
Hebrews 2: 7

8 You put everything under him. ” If God puts everything under His control, there is nothing left that He did not control. But we still don’t see him ruling over everything.
Hebrews 2: 8

9 For a short time, Jesus was lowered by angels. But now we see him wearing a crown of glory and honor, because he suffered and died. Jesus died for every man because of God’s grace.
Hebrews 2: 9

10 It is God who made all things, and all these things endure to his glory. God wanted to have many sons to share his glory. So God did what he wanted to do. He made Jesus perfect who leads those people to salvation. God made Jesus the perfect Savior through Jesus’ suffering.
Hebrews 2:10

11 He that sanctifieth the people, and they that are sanctified, are of the same family. So he does not feel guilty about calling them his brothers and sisters.
Hebrews 2:11

12 Jesus saith unto them, I will declare thy name unto my brethren: I will sing praises unto thee in the sight of all thy people.
Hebrews 2:12

13 He also says, “I will put my trust in God.” And he says, “Here I am. And all the children that God has given me are with me. ”
Hebrews 2:13

14 Those children are people with physical bodies. So Jesus himself became like them, and he went through the same experience that they go through. Jesus did this so that he could die and destroy the one who has the power of death. He is a devil.
Hebrews 2:14

15 Jesus became like those people and died so that he could save them. They were slaves for life because of the fear of death.
Hebrews 2:15

16 Clearly, these are not angels, whom Jesus helps. Jesus helps those who are descendants of Abraham.
Hebrews 2:16

17 For this reason, in order to be a high priest, Jesus had to be like his brothers and sisters in every way, merciful and faithful in the service of God. Then Jesus can forgive people’s sins.
Hebrews 2:17

18 And now Jesus can help those who have been deceived. Jesus is able to help because he was tortured and deceived.
Hebrews 2:18

Food offered to idols

1 Now I will write about the meat of the sacrifice that is offered to idols. We know that “we all have knowledge.” Knowledge fills you with pride. But love helps you to be stronger than others.
1 Corinthians 8: 1

2 A person who thinks he knows something does not know what he should know.
1 Corinthians 8: 2

3 But he that loveth God knoweth him;
1 Corinthians 8: 3

4 Wherefore I say unto them, This is the law of the flesh: for we know that idolatry is nothing in the world. We also know that there is one and only God.
1 Corinthians 8: 4

5 It doesn’t really matter that some things on earth and in the sky are called gods. Many people call such things “gods” or “lords.”
1 Corinthians 8: 5

6 But we have only one God. He is our Father. Everything has come from Him and we live for Him alone. There is only one Lord. He is Jesus Christ. All things are made by him, and we by him.
1 Corinthians 8: 6

7 But not all people know this. Some people still have the habit of worshiping idols. So when they eat this meat, they feel like it belongs to an idol. They don’t know if it’s okay to eat this meat. So when they eat this meat, they think they are doing something wrong.
1 Corinthians 8: 7

8 But food does not bring us closer to God. By not eating meat, we do not lose anything or by eating, we do not gain anything.
1 Corinthians 8: 8

9 But be careful about your freedom. Your own faith can make people weak.
1 Corinthians 8: 9

10 You have understanding, so you feel free to eat in the temple of idols. A person with weak faith may see you eating there. This will also encourage him to eat the meat offered to the idols. But he actually misunderstands it.
1 Corinthians 8:10

11 So this weak brother can be destroyed because of your knowledge. And Christ was sacrificed for this brother.
1 Corinthians 8:11

12 When you cause your brothers and sisters in Christ to do something that they think is wrong, you are sinning against them and you are hurting them. Then you are also sinning against Christ.
1 Corinthians 8:12

13 Therefore I will never again eat the flesh that I have caused my brother to fall into sin. I will stop eating meat so that I will not let my brother and sister fall into sin.
1 Corinthians 8:13

Revelation 12: 8

9 The dragon was thrown out of heaven. That big dragon was the same old snake that is called a giant or devil. He is leading the whole world astray. The dragon and his angels were thrown down to the earth.
Revelation 12: 9

10 But I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, “The victory, the power, the kingdom, and the authority of his Christ has come. These things have happened because the one who accused our brothers has been thrown out. He was the one who was blaming our brothers.
Revelation 12:10

11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their mouth, He did not love his life very much. They were not afraid of death.
Revelation 12:11

12 Wherefore go ye to the heavens, and rejoice, ye inhabitants of the heavens; But it will be terrible for the land and the sea because the devil has come down to you. Satan is full of wrath. He knows he doesn’t have much time. ”
Revelation 12:12

13 When the dragon saw that he had been cast down to the earth, he pursued after the woman who gave birth to the male child.

Revelation 12:16

17 Then the dragon became very angry with the woman. He went to fight against the woman’s other children. His children are those who obey God’s commands and abide by the truth that Jesus taught. 18 Then the dragon stood on the shore.
Revelation 12:17
