The Prayer of a sincere Person

1 Judge me, O LORD. Prove that I have lived a pure life. I have always trusted in the Lord.
Psalm 26: 1

2 Test me, O God, and test me. Return my heart and my mind.
Psalm 26: 2

3 I always see your tender love. I live according to your truths.
Psalm 26: 3

4 I am not one of those worthless people.
Psalm 26: 4

5 I hate those evil groups. I will never associate with those groups of immoral people.
Psalm 26: 5

6 I wash my hands to show that I am holy so that I can walk around your altar.
Psalm 26: 6

7 I will sing praises to you, Yahweh. I sing about the wonderful things you have done.
Psalm 26: 7

8 I love your temple, Lord. I love your glorious tent.
Psalm 26: 8

9 Lord, don’t count me among those sinners. Don’t kill me with those murderers.
Psalm 26: 9

10 They may be deceiving others. They may be taking money to do bad things.
Psalm 26:10

11 But I am innocent. So may God have mercy on me and save me.
Psalm 26:11

12 I am safe from all dangers. Lord, I stand among the people and praise you, who are inviting your people to your meeting.
Psalm 26:12
